DO NOT BUY. I bought this only to make some Halo 3 Machinima and it sucked. I asked a guy at Best Buy(where I bought it) if it has the attachment for the tripod and it didnt. Almost every time I recorded it fell off. And if you recorded something on the cam and deleted it,it took off that time. As i kept deleting I only had 26 mins. left. Not to mention how bad the quality was. And it was also hard to put the videos on YouTube. It wont save to a folder to upload. Bottom line DONT BUY.

I just needed a very compact camcorder to get rid of my bulky Hi8 SONY camcorder. I love this camcorder. It is easy to use. Only problem is that it does not have a view finder and you might need it at times to save battery or shoot at a sunny place.

The first edition of the Creative Labs Vado Pocket Video Camcorder is a fun and handy toy, however it has a few flaws built in. When I excitedly ordered it, I did not know that the software is incompatible with my Mac. I would like to know when they will fix this obvious exclusion. Also, the Vado display shows a vivid playback but looks grainy when blown-up on the computer, even using the highest resolution.
