Canon ZR800 MiniDV Camcorder with 35x Optical Zoom I just purchased this camera and It is great. It is not at all like some reviews said. The cassette goes in and out smoothly, and it is quiet running. You do have to read the instruction booklet as it has vital information on how to set up and use this little camera. All and all it is worth the price.

I did not have any trouble using this cable to hook up my Canon 20D to an iMac. It was straightforward and easy. I did have trouble with the camera software but that didn’t have anything to do with the cable.

Customer Review: Great for the money
For the money this is a great product. I recently used it kayaking, white water rafting, on zip lines through trees, on jet skis and filming the kids body surfing. The challenge isn’t the quality of the video but rather your ability to keep the camera steady!!! I used the included silicone grease and water was not an issue… One thing you need to practice with is camera alignment. I found at first I was shooting too high…That was easy to correct but the absence of wires make this worth the money…
